Garrett, A Professional Corporation, in Redwood City.

Dave will continue to advise on matters pertaining to common interest development in the State of California and represent commercial and residential developers, land users, and the commercial real estate and home building industries throughout California. He will continue to assist clients in the legal aspects of real estate development and transactions, including purchases and sales, joint ventures and partnerships, financing, commercial leasing, and land use and development matters; including legal aspects of condominium projects and other common interest developments.
Bill will continue to represent clients in all legal aspects of real estate investment & development, including land acquisition, entitlement, financing, construction, ownership structuring, land use, commercial leasing, sale and disposition, as well as real estate-related litigation, such as easement creation, neighbor/boundary disputes, construction defects, breach of contract, and quiet title matters.
